Deep Web !!

The Deep Web has evolved and turned into an immense information-sharing tool which is making it easier for criminals to do their job more easily.
For example, recently it is found that hackers on the Deep web have started a travel scam that rips off their travel points which can be used for hotel booking, booking new flights.
The recent evolution of the Deep Web has allowed fraud to become increasingly commoditized and easier to do, simply because there are many ways to monetize the fraud process itself. As it continues to mature, we expect to see increasingly sophisticated fraud based on the ability to mine the Deep Web for a variety of information.
A new search engine "Memex" being developed by "Darpa" aims to put a light on dark web and uncover the patterns and relationship  in online data to help law enforcement and track other illegal  activities
Google and Bing search engine is only able to capture 5% of the internet content.
Memex will not only scrape content from the millions of regular web pages that get ignored by commercial search engines but will also chronicle thousands of sites on the so-called Dark Web. Sites, which have .onion web addresses, are accessible only through the TOR browser and only to those who know a site's specific address.

The creators of Memex don't want just to index content on previously undiscovered sites. They also want to use automated methods to analyze that content in order to uncover hidden relationships that would be useful to law enforcement, the military, and even the private sector.
